600 new Scottish contact centre jobs at Teleperformance

French customer services firm Teleperformance is set to create up to 600 new Scottish jobs this year as it expands its operations and takes on new business.

 The majority of the new contact centre positions will be Glasgow Jobs and the company hopes to move more staff from part time jobs to full time positions over the coming months.

 Teleperformance originally forecast 500 new jobs for its Scotland operations this year, but an increase in business now means the firm will advertise over 100 more positions, taking its headcount in the country from 3,500 to over 4,000 by the end of 2013...READ MORE
